    Good domain name

Choosing a good domain is not a easy task, we have to be careful in selecting name which should be memorable for and which should reflect the whole content. Whenever people heard about the domain they should be able to guess what are the content. And that should not be too long, should be unique. It should be competitive.

(Having keywords in a domain can help your ranking, but can also have an unwanted negative impact. People are less likely to click on the link (depending on what they are after). A good example is B&Q (the DIY store). Their URL is diy.com, but when people are searching specifically for B&Q there are not always going to click as they don't realise it is their own website.

At one time I was working on two sites targeting the same keyword. One was ranked 2nd with a keyword rich URL with the other ranked 3rd. The one ranked 3rd got more traffic. I believe this is because the other one looks spammy to some visitors. ) Well said bro, I agree with you!!..

A major advantage of a domain name is a script that is almost as good as a domain name exactly matches for SEO. If your only goal is to rank the search engines, domain script can be a good buy and a good SEO strategy.

I think that if your seo campaign is good, then it can work on any domain. But .edu, .org and.com are the most effective domains for seo purpose.
