You have to focused on both because both has importance at SEO circumstances. You should choose keywords which has lower competition. It is wise strategy of choosing keywords. Choose Correct title which is relevant to content of the page.

Title and keyword both have their own importance i would suggest you to add your keyword in your title to get more benefit

If you want to rank high in search engines it will be the content.
You can have the best URL/Title, but unless you back it up with the quality content you're not going to compete.

Existing title of your page is good. You just need to get few back links with targeted anchor tag and pointing to main page. or any separated page, if you have created any. From SEO point of view, keyword is very important in title.
