As per my opinion for link building techniques one way link building is good. From Two ways and Three way link building Three way link building is better than Two way.

In My opinion Reciprocal is better than three way link exchange, because in case of reciprocal we exchange links mutually, but in case of three way most of all webmaster uses other site for giving back links which are basically build for link building purpose.

As per my view the best link building type is one way link building but you are asking about the two way and three way link building then I will suggest you to go with three way type link building because the two way type link building is called reciprocal links and search engine wont consider it strong back link as compared to three way type link building.

One way is the best link building technique and in my opinion three way link building is better than two way link building technique.

I think, this both ways are important for you. Isuggest to follow both than you check which way give you better result and then use that way. So I think you can try both link ways.

I usually preferred two way linking method as reciprocal link is a mutual link between two objects, commonly between two websites to ensure mutual traffic.
