I am currently listed on about 30 SEO sites. I did see a quick result after I listed myself on them. The rest that I am finding now are paid sites. Should I spend my time and money on these sites, or should I be looking for other kinds of sites? Any tips will be welcomed.

Can you target only local SEO through local listing sites, if you want globally traffic, you should be work with high PR websites.
