    First of all Select the Target keywords related to your website content from Google adwords keyword tool. Then do the effective on Page techniques. And verify the site from Google. And Second method is off page technique. OFF Page techniques is very important technique of seo. Follow the all method off page technique.

    First of all use original content on your website pages.

    Then focus on On Page Optimization:-
    a) Use your keywords in your Title & Meta Description.
    b) Use your keyword with (alt text) webpage image.
    c) Use your keyword on webpage url.
    d) Insert your keywords with H1 and H2 tags.

    Now it's time for link building (Off page optimization). I'm sure you must have heard about various link building techniques but my suggestion is to use those techniques which helps you to acquire quality & relevant backlinks according to your website niche.
