Dedicated server means that it is dedicated to the one client and it is not shared with any other client. Dedicated servers usually allow for one customer to choose what operating system is installed on it and what type of hardware are they used. Dedicated hosting server where you can find reliable options and minimize the response time for the user requests. VPS hosting is act like Dedicated server for a single user but is actually installed on a computer serving multiple Web sites. Another useful of VPS technology is the ability of a single customer to maintain multiple virtual servers. Finally, shared hosting means one server can share among them multiple user. I also get a dedicated server from this site TuckTail.com for my Internationalized business. They have many deals. They provide good customer service and support.

A dedicated server is a single computer in a network reserved for serving the needs of the network. For example, some networks require that one computer be set aside to manage communications between all the other computers.

A dedicated hosting service, dedicated server, or managed hosting service is a type of Internet hosting in which the client leases an entire server not shared with anyone else. This is more flexible than shared hosting, as organizations have full control over the server(s), including choice of operating system, hardware, etc. There is also another level of dedicated or managed hosting commonly referred to as complex managed hosting. Complex Managed Hosting applies to both physical dedicated servers, Hybrid server and virtual servers, with many companies choosing a hybrid (combination of physical and virtual) hosting solution. There are many similarities between standard and complex managed hosting but the key difference is the level of administrative and engineering support that the customer pays for – owing to both the increased size and complexity of the infrastructure deployment. The provider steps in to take over most of the management, including security, memory, storage and IT support. The service is primarily proactive in nature.[1] Server administration can usually be provided by the hosting company as an add-on service. In some cases a dedicated server can offer less overhead and a larger return on investment. Dedicated servers are most often housed in data centers, similar to colocation facilities, providing redundant power sources and HVAC systems. In contrast to colocation, the server hardware is owned by the provider and in some cases they will provide support for operating systems or applications.

A dedicated server is used by those clients who want to host their own website. Suppose if your server getting huge traffic and that time you can't upgrade your server then you can convert into VPS. In a dedicated server, you can experience high reliability, high speed, and high performance.

Exactly. A dedicated server means that you get an entire server to yourself. There's no sharing of CPU time, RAM or bandwidth, etc.

A dedicated server is a single computer in a network reserved for serving the needs of the network.

The most notable difference between Cloud VPS (Virtual Private Servers) and managed and dedicated Cloud Servers are that with VPS hosting, you are sharing the physical resources (CPU, RAM, etc.), while enjoying the freedom of a private server.

Yes, dedicated server is a bare metal server that you use, and it's resources are your only.
Virtual server is a bunch of resources that are located to a client from node or cluster, where there are more of other clients, all those virtual servers are sharing resources from node. Those are cheaper.

The rest depends on the hoster and configuration

A dedicated server contrasts sharply with a shared plan (where you have little to no control over your server environment) and a VPS option (where you have some control over your environment, but there are still limitations placed by your web hosting provider).
