    Control panel for Windows Hyper-v VPS?

    Hi,

    I want to purchase a dedicated server but I don't know about Windows Hyper-v, Its possible to Install SolusVM on Windows Hyper-V or any other solution to control VPS from a web page?

    I mean client can reboot, reload,etc from his web based control panel?
