Even I am looking for keyword tool apart from Google planner. Till the time it was Google adwords tool was easy to search the keyword, but now I feel a bit tougher to search the keyword.

Google adwords is good but recently i tried WordStream and keyword spy both work good. And if you can afford paid then SEMrush and Wordtracker is the best one.

As per my experience, I suggest Google keywords planner tool which is the updated version of Google Adwords for keyword analysis.

You can try either Ubersuggest (it scrapes Google suggest)
or SEO Powersuite's Rank Tracker which also scrapes Google Suggest, but is also integrated with the Keyword Planner.
