    You want use SEO Tool for off page SEO ? if yes then no one tool is useful because this is black hat SEO, But if you want SEO tool for analysis then woorank is best..... and many others but if you are using Google webmaster then no need any other tool you can check your errors from webmaster and you can analyze your site manually...

    for page load time- tools.pingdom
    woorank gives overall details
    alexa gives ranking details and other important information about your website.
