Aspnix.com is the most reliable one I know. I asked in the support ticket if there's any way they keep backups of our sites. They have been just as responsive on previous occasions when issues came up transferring domain names or reconfiguring software.
They are always willing to take that extra step.

I can say 7Host.com is the host you've been looking for. I have yet to experience any downtime, server loads extremely quickly and the support has been amazing.

I don't have any first hand experience with Liquidweb but I've heard some good comments about them. Compared to Hostgator they are certainly more expensive. Hostgator has worked out great for me.

As an alternative I can name citynetworkhosting.com which plans are featured and low-cost. They are providing stable servers and 24/7 available support.

I think LiquidWeb is probably much better overall. They provide more advanced services.

Taking into consideration the situation you have fetched up, can say that Planethoster.net will be really good for you. The pricing is low and uptime is high, just give a try to their solutions.

You know iFastNet hosting provides web application firewall and site lock to block hackers from attacking common script vulnerabilities such as Joomla and wordpress hacks. Additionally you can get 15% discount using the railgun coupon.

HostGator recently got acquired by EIG and I've heard nothing but issues since the acquisition. They have been moving servers to their own Utah datacenter and its been causing lots of issues for people.
