    You can use online xml sitemap generators for it creating a sitemap automatically or if you have knowledge about xml then you have to do it manually taking care of html tags ..

    Copy or download sitemap of other website. Find all your website pages & replace your inner pages links in that.

    Manual sitemap is not worth for the website to index on search engine.Many online tools are available in search engine to create sitemap file as automatically.So use that tool to generate the sitemap file to your website

    There are lots of sitemap generator available online, just use them.Generate the sitemap, upload to you root directory and submit to Google webmaster tools.
