    It's usually better to create a specifically mobile version of your website, rather than just simplifying your site to make it mobile-friendly. Most sites lose their appeal when they try to serve a mobile audience without a designated mobile version.

    Hello ..You need a script that detects the presence of a mobile browser on the server side and then creates a server side cookie to instruct the mobile website to kick in. I can't write the code for you. Unless you use a premade 'mobile' theme or plugin for your CMS you should google "php mobile browser detection..
