I have some websites based on joomla,magento websites.I know the way of adding meta tag to joomla website by using backend details.But i want to know about adding meta tag to wordpress website.

If you want to know how to add these tags then, Technically you have to add verification codes before </header> in your website. If you are using WordPress then SEO by yoast will do everything for you.
