    It basically hit the websites with low quality content. I have not experienced any change for my website but have gone through some research regarding Panda 4.0 and came to know that eBay is the biggest losers in Panda 4.0

    Some websites with much editorial content could raise their ranking heavily; Online Shops were barely affected.
