Restore Down your browser web page and check your website content, if your web page is adjusting your content itself, then your website is responsive otherwise not and second think, check on any mobile device that is also easy way to conform websites responsive.

make small your web browser and open the website, if you are able to access to all pages of your website, then it is responsive design.
