    Thai is Black hat v/s Grey hat-

    Black hat is the techniques where SEO is done not according to the guidelines of the Google.

    Grey hat is which does not come into black hat and white hat eg. - paid ads.

    Black Hat methods are generally not preferred by Google and does not follow webmaster guidelines. Grey Hat methods are similar to Black Hat to some extent, but in some extent are preferred by Google.

    black hat seo as we all know that the service that google not like.but grey hat is the combination of the black hat seo and the white hat seo .if some one use gret hat seo then its might be possible that site get penalized
