Programming is mostly into codes. If you really love memorizing these codes better to choice would be programming.

Who said that SEO is not required? SEO is as significant as programming. You can create website using myriad programming like php, .Net, etc... but SEO is the only way to increase visibility for your website on various search engines.

According to me,programming is best for high scale salary in india. After one stage there is no growth for SEO.
