Who knows with Google. You can never be sure but I doubt there is any effect.

I would say optimal mix of PPC and SEO is the good way to go.

These days, there are a lot of different sources of paid traffic ... will default to Google Ads. And for good reason; Google offer by far the most ... As a happy side effect, a post on a reputable website will do wonders for your SEO
