PPC is the pay par click. there are no relation between ppc results and organic results. google algorithms only effect on organic search results.

Yes google update will affect PPC too that use deception of information. PPC ads that make online user to click on it to download useless software or webpage would also get tremors of update.

Yes Of Course PPC will effect SEO. If u doing ppc of your website and stop suddenly than your keyword ranking will down that is not good.
