    I think you should use Social bookmarking for the fast indexing and crawling. It's really effective method for that.

    You can maximize your website crawl frequency by submitting a sitemap to Google webmaster tool. Try to update your website frequency and every time you update re-submit the sitemap.xml through webmaster tools.
