H1 tag is very important in ON page optimization.
Mostly title tag of website should be using by H1 tag.

For a long time it was considered one of the cardinal rules of HTML and SEO that each individual page of a site should have one <h1> level heading, and one only. Additionally, the rule prescribed that this singular <h1> heading should denote the primary subject matter of the page.

According to me, It's for only one time. We can use H1 tag only one time in each and every webpage.

You should use H1 tag only one time on a webpage.It is also an important part of on-page seo.

You can use 2 H1 tags maximum on the home page. H1 tags play a very important role important in on-page SEO.
