There are many great SEO tools, but amongst them I think WebCEO is the best tool for webmasters. I have used the free version of it, but it also has got many interesting features that helped me lot to improve my blog. I liked the "General optimization advice" feature which provides optimization advice as well as analysis for a generic search engine. The real benefit of this feature is that it scans your website pages for problems that may have disastrous effects like getting banned from the search engines.

There is also a great tool to check position of your site in google. Googleposition.com . But, now for me its show that you need to register to use that tool. See if it works for you.
