Diggo is very nice Social Bookmarking site to get high traffic on the site. Diggo gives nofollow link but it will help your site to get high traffic.

Yes, its no-follow but increase visitors come from diggo join groups diggo bookmarks can be automatically exported to Delicious its good for our website.

There are many social bookmarking websites which can provide you good traffic like scoop,diigo,bibsnomy,delicious, folkd,reddit etc.
