Domain authority is a ranking factor in Google which measures a website/domain's authority by the number of credible sites linking back to it. Page Authority on the other hand is a measure of a page's likelihood to rank highly in the SERPs. The higher the Page Authority, the more like the page will rank highly in the SERPs.

As the name states, domain authority is the authority of the whole domain whereas page authority implies the authority of a particular webpage. Both are very important factor to judge the popularity of your domain in search engines.

Domain Authority means power of domain and the ranking of the website or pages.A high Domain authority means your website or all the pages on your domain have the higher rank in search engine results. You can influence your DA by changing you meta tags, create linkable content and develop strong internal linking.

For example:- facebook and YouTube both have a 100% DA.

Page authority is an SEO term that predicts how to increase the rank of a specific page on the search engine.Higher page authority means greater chances of your page showing up on search engines, and your page will be placed on the top of the search results.

A few of the factors which influence the page ranking like:
    Fresh, usable content
    Links to your pages
    Use of images.

Whereas Page Authority measures the ranking strength of a single page, Domain Authority measures the strength of entire domains or sub domains.

Domain authority is a whole website authority shown, like linking root domains, number of total links etc…
Page authority is only one page authority show based on index, includes link count.

DA is for domain and the PA is for only a particular page.
