Write to support of your second hosting company. They'll do all.

you should contact support and let them know you are moving. If you are transferring a domain they will ask you for some codes and for hosting if you have a backup moving should not take that long.
Working for Host4porn.com everything for adult hosting.

Moving your site is something similar – only a virtual version. You shop for a new location, sign the paperwork to rent hosting space (in the account type of your choice – shared server, dedicated server, VPS, etc.), package up your site to ensure that all of your assets come with you, transfer everything to your new web host, and then point your domain to your new host by changing the DNS record; this final step is in essence hanging the sign over your new shop door.

First thing to do is to research the right Hosting Company you want to move to. After that you should contact them and tell them that you want to migrate your service that is based on a shared server, dedicated server, VPS, etc. like johnroyal said. Most of the companies will do this for free but it depends on your configuration and what do you want to move in order to establish the costs.

First af all move your site to new hosting. Then switch DNS records to the new hosting. Do not delete your old site untill you'll make sure that everything works ok.

Most of hosting providers offer you that they will migrate at least 1 site for free. Rest you need just take backup of your files and database on your machine and then when you have created your server upload their. Change database password and all the things done.
