Submitting URL in google webmaster helps to crawl fast. And google index it and show in search result so user can see those pages in search result.

Google has not decided any Timeline to crawl websites pages. Sometimes it takes 1 day or 2 day or some time crawl instant.

If you have new site and you want crawl or index the pages fast so you can create sitemap.xml. In sitemap.xml you can add all the pages. And add in the google webmaster.

If you want to crawl or index 1 or 2 pages fast so google webmaster provides one option fetch as google which helps to index fast.
