How to choose a web hosting provider

    1. Decide how much hand-holding you'll need. Basic customer service provides access to email, ticket and phone support.

    2. Estimate the amount of traffic you expect (and be honest with yourself).

    3. Understand server types.

    4. Choose a portable content management system to avoid lock-in.

    5. Own your domain name.

First of all, it depends on your needs.

If they’ve got the specs that you need, and the price is right, then you should probably tell them before buying what you need their services for and see what they suggest.

Also google stuff yourself, obviously, to make sure they don’t try to sell you a higher package ( although reputable providers wouldn’t do that, I think )

I’d also search for reviews when picking a host. ( Some hosts, such as us - yes we’re hosts lol - don’t have reviews unfortunately, although we offer a damn fine service )

I’d check that they have representatives on forums, like Web Hosting Talk. That means that they’re involved in the web hosting community and you’ve got a very large userbase keeping said host accountable.

When we are choosing a hosting provider, keep a few things in mind:

    - Find out what your website (or website idea) needs to function.
    - Consider size and potential growth.
    - Learn the difference between different types of web hosting.
    - Find out which tools are providing.
    - Check the amount of storage offered.
    - Compare bandwidth amounts between hosts.
    - Check out the technical support options and the service's up-time claims.
    - Test the speed of other sites hosted by a service.
    - Read reviews of a company's customer service and support team.
    - Make sure you understand the costs.

You can choose AccuWeb Hosting. It is a top-rated and right hosting provider.

Check the price, uptime and downtime, the features offered by the hosting provider and the service quality.
