    My first priority is support. I like to have it fast and helpful, I do not expect them to do anything for me, but general questions occur, so if you have to wait for support for ages or you can not get it live, it is automatically a nono
    And from there it depends what I need, how much storage and the price. Also I try not to go for the biggest companies around, just because they usually lack customer appreciation and do not treat you the best they could.

    First of all, their support. Next, check if they have a valid address and phone number. Price ofcourse, server features, read their terms, money back guarantee terms.
