What should be the maximum domain length with respect to the keywords included in the URL and internal URL's?
As far as I know, serach engine can consider the < 50 character size in url.
Technically, Google will index URLs up to 2047 characters in length, but the SERP links to these URLs will cause Google’s servers to throw an error if anyone clicks on them. So the longest URL that Google will crawl and index–and that will actually work when someone clicks on it in the SERPs–is approximately 1855 characters in length.
Technically speaking, your URL should never be longer than 2,048 characters. Any long than this and Internet Explorer won't be able to load your page. The ultimate aim of a domain name would be to engage and attract consumers to visit the website, and while domain name length has a significant impact on user experience, at the same time, it doesn’t.
Domain Domains
Notice how the number one position has URLs with roughly 50 characters. But once you move down to the number 10 spot, the average URL has 62 characters. So somewhere around 50 – 60 characters is a pretty good number to shoot for.
A URL should not exceed 2000 characters, so that it can be parsed with a Browser. However, URLs of this length are rare. If you want a URL to appear in the search results complete and not truncated, it should be a maximum of 74 characters. Shorter URL can help to increase the Click Through Rate of the snippet.
