If you are using a cPanel then you can simply transfer your files and websites using cPanel transfer from your old host to your new host.

The best way to transfer website files to new hosting is possible through FTP. You should connect to your hosting account and download the files locally to your computer and then upload them to your new hosting account main folder.(usually public.html or httpdocs)
