IPv4 subnets, ASN registration and VPN access
On an HSTQ server, a /27 with 32 IPv4 addresses costs $49/month. To announce space on your own network, a /24 with 256 addresses and a letter of authorization starts at $747 for three months. ASN registration assistance is $399 plus any applicable registry fees. For an encrypted connection from a laptop or phone, a VLESS and Shadowsocks VPN is $1.99/month.

Domains, control panels and server administration
A .com domain is $19.99 for the first year and $29.99 per year to renew. You can also transfer an existing domain. ISPmanager 6 Lite is $8/month and a cPanel VPS license is $19.90/month.
