I recently had a graphic designer update a slide deck for me. He used photoshop for transition slides and then converted it to PowerPoint. The graphics are lovely but the file size is close to 90mb. This is fine for in person presentations but I’d like to reduce the size for presentations I need to email.

Right now my work around is saving as pdf then using a free pdf compressor online. However I can’t expect everyone at my company to be able to do that and would like to reduce the size of the PowerPoint slides themselves, without having the graphics be too blurry.

Any recommendations on how to do this?
