i just come accross the Nivo slider & i have updated, but not able to figure out how it works!
so i just replace with another slider (was availabe online) & that was simpler with less option, but i don't see any improvement..

can any one guide me that how can i do this?

can any one guide me that the process of the NIVO SLIDER for updation.
