    mail server is on blocklist so email blocked

    I have been trying to send email and they are bouncing by reason of being on a blacklist - it looks as though your servers are being used to send spam. What are you doing about this and when do you expect it to be resolved? Seriously unhappy - one of my main reasons for having a web host is to be able to send email. If I can't do this, what's the point...

    You can use other email marketing solutions like Interspire for sending mails.

    There is a good chance that the Ipaddress of your web hosting are blacklisted by ISP providers that is why, the messages are going to spam.

    I presume the receiving mail server is rejecting the mail, do you know if your mail server (IP) is listed on any RBL lists?
    Try plotting your mail server address into RBL checkers like ; www.anti-abuse.org/multi-rbl-check/
    Often times you can submit request to be removed from said RBL systems;

    However, if your planning to spam, I'd outsource that to a marketing company.
