alemcherry if he needs 5MB of space and 10 MB of bandwidth I think that VPS is not needed/ I think that in his situation specific shared hosting is the best, unless he needs huge ammount space and bandwidth.

I can say that gazzin.com provides windows mysql and RoR, for reasonable money, but I am not sure if it is possible to get all this within one plan...

Good windows hosting is provided by aspnix.com, they have probably the lowest prices on the net and qualified services. But I agree that RoR would be hard to find with any windows plans...

I would agree on that. As far as i know webhostgiant.com is the cheapest for windows hosting, but on this page I can't find any information about RoR.

Are you sure that php and widows and mysql is a right combination? Some software work better with only windows or linux, and RoR is php based, and it should better work under linux platform..
