Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator both are really good designing software for Web. but if you want to make it for printing only then you should to Use Coral which is best for Printing.

Corel Designing is best for logo designing. Whereas the Photoshop is the good for designing web-pages and for PSD and Slicing.

It’s a nice and information discussion is going on here. Well, there is no doubt about Photoshop; it's the best ever and forever. As said by all members here adobe Photoshop is best and after that Corel photo-paint and Gimp. This is best for bitmap graphics software for logo design. For Vector-based graphics software I like to suggest adobe illustrator and Corel DRAW.

If you want to design website logo then photoshop is only the best tool for that because it contains various tools for design any kind of logo using your creative ideas. Coral draw is not as much perfect as photoshop because coral is mainly used to draw 3D vector images which is highly used in engineering.
