    Which is best designing tool?

    Hi friends,
    I want to design a website.Please suggest me a simple and friendly designing tools. please let me know best tool for web development.

    Do you want to design or develop because there is a huge difference between both of them. Seems to be want to design a site and I rather recommend wordpress or joomla. If you are good with programing then use bootstrap framework.

    According to me Serif Webplus is best designing tools. It is very easy to use and also they do a free version but X6 is the good.
