Many times web designers created very common mistake at the time of designing a website, they forget the objective of designing and only focusing on the look of the website. There are three objectives of perfect web designing.

1. Make Your Website Load Fast
2. Create proper structure and arrange elements in a way that are easy to understand by users.
3. Provide most relevant information on the website.

Yes right first of all make your website light weight means (uses of image) use .png .tiff low resolutions images.
create a website like this when the viewer opens it, it opens quickly without loading much and gives only that information which is beneficial for the user not too much information. arrangement of links in proper way so that viewer understand it quickly.
