Sure you can change your web hosting provider, but you should be well aware of the considerations of changing your web hosting service provider.

Yes you can. Is your question about whether changing the server to Apache will affect SEO and traffic? I really don't think so.

You'd better give dailyrazor.com a try. They run specials for new clients - they've passed on the savings to me.
I needed to consult with their customer support and I was surprised at such a fast response since it was a holiday.

Yes you better change your host. My experience with 4Goodhosting.com web host has been great in terms of support and services. All questions were answered within few mintes. And when I had difficulties with some of the site config setup, they will help me immediately. Their pricing is reasonable.

For your SEO, you should consider where is your target market, and take an IP located at the right place, and also profit of the opportunity to do the things right and best ?

Do you know you can get a dedicated IP on shared hosting with some providers ?

On which platform your websites built on? If your websites are based on .Net or ASP, then migration may be painful for you. If your websites are based on PHP, then make sure to correct paths and permissions.

You may use quality hosting services from a2hosting and ifastnet companies which provide their services taking into account the needs of all their customers.
There is SSD technology on their servers is a big plus.
Prices are competitive and support is helpful too.

Changing web host does not affect any SEO work and back links. It's all safe, only need to take care of the files setup. Incase you do not do any deletion of files, by mistakely

Before changing your hosting you need to be clear with the following things:
--> There should be a customer support of 24/7 and 365 days. That should be either phone call or chat support so that we can directly contact them and get solutions instantly.
--> Price also does matters, compare two three companies prices then finalize.
--> spam files detection and deletion policy also we should know, it is very important when site goes down.
