dont use auto submission..i submit it manually for me to know that im giving accurate informations...I think its far better.. giving effort and time in what you do is what you call QUALITY

Manual submission is almost always a better idea because you will have a personal view and report as you can log onto the sites and manually see the reports about acceptance of the letters.

Absolutely!!! and lots of websites now are wise and doesn't allow auto submissions...

Yes, definitely it works. Most of the article directories allows you to use the articles on your site or blog. I have noticed that many of my articles submitted to the article directories have been used on other websites and blogs including my blog links. I don't get traffic directly from directories but the sources where my articles are copied.
