Just delete that particular URL which is your don't want to index on Google form your website.else mentioned that particular URL on Robots.txt file,then Google would not crawl that URL then it will not index on Google.

You need to add those web pages in robots.txt to get them removed faster from Google index.

Also you can put your website your in google URL removal tool. This is also one option which helps you to delete your page URL in Google directory

The best way to remove URL from Google indexing is to use Demote option in Google webmaster tool. So that it ll stop indexing immediately. Added to that, remove the URL from sitemap and also block using robots.txt.
