For web designing, basic knowledge for Html, CSS and Photoshop is required. These languages can be learned from a computer language institute or an expert in the field for designing.

As per my view HTML is the best hypertext markup language for web design and php is the best language for website designing. HTML is excellent to create any web page for website. Well php is good for overall website design.
