How long it will take to webmaster to show my backlinks and I started doing my seo before 3 months.... Can any one help me to clear this issue???

try to get back links from top sites or social networking sites which indexed fast by google.

You need to submit the links on the Fast crawling website that can provide the backlinks faster then others.

Google is very slow and sporatic showing the backlinks they find. They also do not disclose all the backlinks they know about.
You said you have built hundreds of backlinks. Are these all quality backlinks? Maybe because you built them opposed to them being obtained naturally Google has determined they are spammy?
