Bad web host

Hi everyone! does anybody here have the same problem with mine? I just bought a new VPS from this site called WEBTROPIA, they offer good price and worst service you could imagine. The problem with my VPS is I can't access my server, I don't have any passwords. Their system must call their clients and tell the password. Problem is there are no calls from them and its been like 1 month now. No calls from them. I also tried all the possible ways to get in touch call and emails,support still nothing, their support nothing. Stuck with a useless VPS.

Welcome to this forum, first thing came to my mind is why are you still continue the services with them? may contact them and ask for a refund. Since its has been pending for a month and I do believe that you did not access to the root and upload any webfiles/databases therefore backup those necessary stuff; move away.

Why are you kept bothering whether they wanted to assist you or not? they are not worth for a penny as if you claim their services is screwed to the max.

Sorry dudes, preferable HostGator instead hostingraja(king hosted). you could do better thn that by not spamming other thread as OP did not mention for hosting from india too.
