    Web hosting recommendations?

    Hello, I am new here and am looking for some expert advice.
    Please, recommend me some webhosting, preferably with us/eu based servers and unique a-class ip address.
    Would be great to not have to pay more than 5 usd a month per site.
    What host is better: Webhost.pro or Hostnamaste.com ? Any recommendations please? What reliable hosting providers do you know?
