Showcasing your services online

Hi everyone
For those who run websites or offer hosting services, how do you usually show off your work in a clear way to attract clients or partners ? I've seen some creators putting all their stats and info in one place, kinda like a professional media kit online, which gives a nice quick view of their projects. It makes things more readable for sure, but I’m wondering if it really gives more advantage than a simple portfolio. Basically, I’m mostly looking for tips on how to present skills and projects without making it too messy or cold.
