I am searching for an offshore dedicated server with flexible bandwidth policies.
Required resources include 32 GB RAM, 2 × 2 TB HDD or SSD, and at least 10 TB bandwidth. A 1 Gbps port is preferred.
What are your views on ZakServers.com offshore servers? Are they good?
My budget is up to $130 per month.
