Hello all,

I recently had to import a large PST file into a Microsoft 365 account, and I found there are a couple of ways to do it. If you're importing a small PST, Outlook's Import/Export wizard works fine. Just add your Office 365 account to Outlook and import the PST into the desired mailbox.

However, I noticed the manual method can be slow for large PST files, and it isn't ideal if you have multiple mailboxes to import. In those cases, using a dedicated migration tool makes the process much smoother.

I ended up using SysTools Import PST to Office 365 because it lets you import single or multiple PST files directly into Office 365 mailboxes. It also supports batch migration, maintains the original folder structure and email properties, and includes filters to migrate only the data you need. It saved me a lot of time compared to importing each PST manually through Outlook.
