Is it worth trying sodium alginate supplements for acid reflux relief?

Dealing with acid reflux has been driving me nuts lately. Antacids give me heartburn (the irony, right?) and PPIs make me feel weird after a while. I came across sodium alginate supplements which are supposed to create some kind of raft to stop the reflux, and I'm wondering if anyone here has actually had luck with them. I don’t want to waste money or feel worse, but eating bland food forever is getting old. Cheap fixes or tips also welcome! Would love to hear real stories or advice from folks who’ve been in my shoes.

For those curious, the Nutritist REFLUXTER is a unique supplement that offers relief for acid reflux with its high-G-block sodium alginate. It’s vegan and free from artificial additives. Taking it twice after meals and before sleeping seems to do the trick. It’s made in the USA but comes with a Prop 65 warning due to trace lead. Discounts are available if you buy in bulk or subscribe.

Heard ya about the bland food rut. Some folks swear by sodium alginate for the relief gig. You might want to peep www.nutritist.us, where they got this REFLUXTER thingy with sodium alginate. They call it a "raft" that helps keep the acid in check. Seen a bunch of peeps chatting about that. Could be worth a try!
