Is using research peptides for studies on regenerative biology worth it?

So, I’ve been reading up on research peptides and now I’m really curious if anyone here’s used them for regenerative biology stuff? I’m working on a small project (think tissue repair, not making a superhero... yet) and I keep seeing mixed reviews about results and even legality in some places. I’m kinda stuck between just going down the usual cell culture route or taking a shot with peptides. If anyone’s had success (or disaster) using these for actual studies, please share! Don’t want to waste time or cash if it’s just hype. Any advice or recommendations would be awesome!
